Celebrity News - Marcus Collins to write album with Gary Barlow...

Were gonna make beautiful music together He’s certainly not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, or one of the most successful singer songwriters in the country either for that matter.

And who can blame Marcus Collins, because aside from having a particularly appealing mouth, Gary Barlow’s also got a fairly good track record when it comes to writing songs, singing them and convincing people to part with their hard earned pennies to buy it too. So it’s just as well Marcus and Gary got on so well really, because Mr Take That has agreed to make some beautiful music with the X Factor runner up.

“Gary’s an amazing musician, songwriter and performer,” he told the Liverpool Echo.“Not only is he my mentor, he’s my friend as well, and he wants to be involved in everything. “Gary’s taught me so much. He’s taken me under his wing and he’s moulded my career from the start.” I’m looking forward to taking a few days to calm down. Gary’s told me he wants me working from January 1.

“I want to concentrate on making an amazing album and Gary will be writing it with me.” We think Marcus quite likes Gary. The whole Sunday January 1 thing’s a bit harsh though isn’t? That’s New Year’s Eve out the window for Marcus then.  Picture: mrpaparazzi.com  Words: Beth Hardie

Book a Celebrity for your Birthday Party 'How to Guide'

PRB Media is a celebrity & music booking agency. We are one of the leading booking agencies who book high profile entertainment worldwide. We work with the top and biggest agents, agencies, record companies & labels in the world. Below is some information on how to book a 'Celebrity' from PRB Media. After booking many celebrities for many events & shows for many years. Have you ever read articles or seen on the news that very famous singers such as "Beyonce" have made stage appearances at bat mitzvah's, weddings, and other commonly known "life altering" events.

I do not own the rights to the information I will list below, but PRB Media have given you  an idea on 'How to Book a Celebrity Guide' When you are thinking about booking a major Hollywood celebrity to perform or just make an appearance at your event, show, awards there are a couple things to consider to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Here is a small list of things to keep in mind
  • Make sure you have a realistic time frame, as most celebrities are booked out very far in advance, as much as a year or more. You want to plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
  •  Do you have the budget to obtain the celebrity you want? If not, you may want to try and get a sponsor to offset the cost or cover it entirely if possible. Just make sure the sponsor gets a clear and direct ROI from being the sponsor. Also, be sure to talk to a number of different sponsors, as the more you approach, the much better your chances are of success, and hey you may even be able to start a sort of competition or bidding war between companies to become the title or main sponsor.
  •  If you do some research on the celebrity you are targeting, you may be able to get him or her at a very good fee. But you will need to have a budget in-place
  •  Work through a talent booking agency, make sure you are clear about what it is you want from the celebrity with the booking agent. Will they be hosting the event, performing, signing autographs, or just making a quick appearance
  •  Have a couple of options for different celebrities, in case the one you want is not available or simply cannot be reached
  •  Do not sign any kind of contracts without taking some time to carefully review the documents and the information in them. You do not want to be stuck in an ugly situation because you didn't read the contract carefully enough. You will most likely be dealing with the celebrities agent or manager when booking them. Sometimes they can be a little difficult to deal with, but be polite and don't be bullied into unfair negotiations. At the same time, don't make promises you can't keep either.
  •  Finally, if you really feel a celebrity is a perfect fit for your event, be persistent and let your passion come through. Don't bug them, but show them you really would like to work with them. As an added bonus, here are some extra things to consider when hiring celebrities for any kind of event, from performances to speaking engagements.
The higher profile the celebrity, the more they and their contracts will demand. Some common things include, first class airfare, first class airfare for an assistant, limos, hotel suites, and special amenities in their room such as gourmet food, bottled water, flowers, and other things. If you truly feel that the celebrity will make a big impact on your event, whether it be through drawing attendance, or just pure prestige, then it is usually worth it to get them and accommodate whatever demands they may have.  Photo credit: Starpulse.com

Mark Wrigh - Only Way is Essex Star to make a fortune..

Mark Wright could make a fortune from I'm a Celebrity. He may not have actually won I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, but Mark Wright could still come out on top as a result of the show.

Reports today suggest that the former TOWIE star stands to make millions from ad campaigns and TV work. It’s claimed he’s being lined up to front Tesco commercials and aftershave campaigns, plus he’s set become a regular fitness and health expert on ITV’s Daybreak and he might sign a deal to co-host a spin-off show for Take Me Out. A source told The Sunday Mirror today:

"Mark's feet won't hit the floor. The phones have been ringing off the hook with offers of work. It's been huge. He has modelling contracts, clothing deals, TV projects galore and a massive fragrance deal all on the table. It's been a truly incredible reaction.

"ITV see Mark as somebody who possibly could become a really big presenter for their brand, and end up fronting shows on the channel on Saturday nights. This time next year he will be sitting in an Essex mansion and he will have a career. TOWIE will seem like light years away for him.

"There's a huge level of interest in Mark. He's popular, good-looking, clean-living and people like him. It's the perfect recipe for a celebrity that will attract work offers. Tesco is a name that's being talked about and he's the perfect face of for their clothing and underwear ranges."

Seeing as Mark Wright finds it so difficult to keep it in his pants, we find it strange that Tesco are so desperate for him to model their underwear, however we’re certainly not complaining.   Picture credit: mrpaparazzi.com

Robbie & Craig Colton

Robbie Williams has been helping Craig Colton write songs..

In the wake of his X Factor departure, Craig Colton has done some talking about… well, about X Factor really.

The main question everyone seems to have asked Craig today is; does he blame the poor choice of song he sang on Saturday for the lack of votes he received?

The answer to that question seems to be yes.“I really enjoyed singing the song on Saturday night” Craig told Digital Spy. “There's been lots of comments about it being the wrong song. Personally, I wasn't that keen on the song and I think at this stage in the competition it is all about song choice”

But Craig doesn’t seem bitter about getting kicked off the programme, he said: “I made the final 16. I was the 11th to go. I've got nothing at all to be down about. I think this competition is down to song choice now and I just hope that is something all the contestants learn from this."

He also doesn’t seem to be in a bad mood with Gary because of it. He says he trusts the Take That singer “100%” and has been getting loads of career advice from him as well as, strangely, his bandmate Robbie Williams. Craig explained:

"After Judges' Houses, I kept in touch with Robbie as well. We exchanged numbers and email addresses. We kept in touch throughout the whole process and he's definitely a friend as well."

"He's just been really supportive and trying to help me where possible. I'm really passionate about songwriting and he's been helping me with that, helping me be the best that I can and demonstrated on a few of his own tracks how he wrote them. He's definitely, definitely helping me and he's a lovely guy."  Picture & words: mrpaparazzi.com

Gary Barlow may not return to the X Factor

As the stand-in judge for Simon Cowell, Gary Barlow has proved hugely popular with viewers on the X Factor. The Take That star has hinted however that he might not return for the next series of the show. Speaking at last night’s Children in Need Rocks gig in Manchester Gary said: “I’m taking some time off next year to remind myself who my children are and what their names are.” “It’s been nice to concentrate on something other than X Factor. We’re in a bubble down there. It’s been good to leave London. We get tied up with our own importance.” Gary doesn’t strike us as the kind of man who enjoys drama, and this series of X Factor has been so heavily PR’d we’re not surprised he feels like throwing in the towel altogether, are you?
